NRA America's 1st Freedom Aug 2012 - New Products

On Page 52 (New Products) at the top is a "New" Kimber model. It's called "Classic Carry Pro". There is no "II" in the roll mark on the right side. In the writeup it directs you to the Kimber Website and upon going there, there is absolutely nothing about this model there!!!

This is not uncommon for Kimber. They routinely release info (including pictures) of new models in rags long before they are actually available.

So, here's my question..........
Anyone "in the know" know anything about these pistols? Like when they will be available?

And the biggest question I have is: Without the "II" does this mean these models will not have the FPS System?

Well, I got some info from another Site. It is on the Kimber Site under "Custom Shop" where I didn't look.

The person that provided this info to me also stated that it in fact does not have the series II FPS!

MSRP: $2,006.00

I'm assuming it has to be a special order from the Custom Shop and will not be a regular production Pistol?
