Here a rail, there a rail Old McDonald had a rail eeeyeeyeoh
I want a light + laser on my XD45
I haven't paid attention to rails since I mounted scopes on weaver somethings and bought scope rings on rifles in the 80s
My Glock 26 has no rail, My 1980s Glock 19 has no rail ; the XD rail is similar to the PF9 rail but has 2 cutout cross thingy holes instead of one on the PF9
found this ... would it work on an XD45?

NcSTAR Tactical Green Laser and Flashlight Combo
Quick Detach Picatinny Mount includes quick-detachable Weaver style mount .... XD45 has ?????
$58.29
looks like it's use laser OR light not both at same time (which first one does, indicating to me a pretty bright laser)
but I could buy two and get some duct tape and ...

I have the Nebo Protec Elite HP190LS on my G21 and it works fine. I'm still getting used to the laser.

I went to XDtalk earlier today to ;look for xd suggestions/ask stuff... I hadn't been there nor posted there since some time in 2010 I think, it said I was banned permanently for spam and wouldn't even let me see the forum front page or any thread; I emailed the Admin/Webmaster, I'm unbanned, apparently a glitch, but I got in now clicking the link you gave and it signed me in

Re: LIGHT Rail-Picatinney Rail, Glock Rail, Weaver style Rai
lol I know what I think I want is a flashlight Plus a green dot laser Veridian C5L (about $349)
http://www.viridiangreenlaser.com/virid ... aser-sight" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
or X5L
http://www.viridiangreenlaser.com/xl5-laser-sight" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I just want it for $58.00

I noticed descriptions of some cheaper plastic ones say "Ideal for your Airsoft gun" and I'm thinkin' not designed to take recoil.
I'll probably buy the one you suggested and invest in them hi-cap magazines that hold 13 rounds instead of 10 "not legal in Callyforniay" ones which Dems are trying to ban nationwide because 3 more rounds is dangerous and leads to watching movies or something

Subject: LIGHT Rail-Picatinney Rail, Glock Rail, Weaver style Rail
http://www.xdtalk.com/forums/sa-xd-xd-m ... ght-2.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I read and searched and Veridian has a "ECR" feature on "new models" where you leave light and laser on, and their holster turns it off when holstered, and turns it on when drawn... however, I do not like their holster; ( It is OWB, I carry IWB)...don't need that "feature" if not using their holster.
http://www.viridiangreenlaser.com/virid ... aser-sight" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Note:
* NEW C5L units with serial numbers C018000 or higher are ECR capable.
BUT MidwayUsa had ONE LEFT old model without that "feature" clearance price
$265.79
and the "new" ones for $309.99
Soooo, now they have none left of the "old model"
Even though it's costly, it's less than the first $500 one I saw. and saved $50 by finding clearance because of a feature I'd not use anyway
Thanks again

I don't really neeeed new dentures until the high school reunion next September anyway, my brother to whom I "loaned"
$3,700 bought me a present, a $15.00 food processor which can chew stuff for me
Priorities
That $265 is still way cheaper than $300 Laserlyte internal red laser and a separate rail mounted light (my original plan before counting cost).... and it's green
Thanks for getting me to go back to XDtalk where I readC-dub wrote:I have the Nebo Protec Elite HP190LS on my G21 and it works fine. I'm still getting used to the laser.
