Twp HPD Officers Arrested in Drug Sting

Two officers with HPD were arrested for allegedly stealing cocaine and other illegal narcotics from drug dealers. Both were assigned to HPD’s Northwest Substation and were on duty when SWAT officers confronted and arrested them. :nono:

How can you be "on duty" when driving in your personal car?
I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.
