Am I correct in that my wife has to submit the completed FAST form she got yesterday from the fingerprint place?

Also am I correct in that she does not have to submit a color copy of the front and back of her TXDl? I sure thought I read here that you did but I cannot find it now and it is not on the DPS checklist)

OK - forget the DL photo thing. I found what I was looking for and she does not need to cc the DL.

I didn't send any documentation from the fingerprint place to DPS. They send the prints digitally to DPS and that's all that's required regarding the prints.
