Beach carry

Post by gigag04 »

Going with some buddies (including one recently back from Iraq) to some island cove type things off the coast of port aransas. About a 25 min bout ride out, just shy of open water.

Any reason I can't carry??

It would probably be stashed in a backpack - we'll be camping out for 2 nights. Figured it probably couldn't hurt. I would bring the 3" XD-9 assuming all is well.

I don't want to hear about any concealment problems if it involves "thongs", or other japanese slingshot type garments...

-1, no pics please...

That "flesh eating" super bacteria is some pretty bad stuff...Works a lot like the antibiotic resistant staph thats going around these days...

I'm not sure if it is, by itself, a waterborne bacteria or not...

Just make sure you wash up/rinse off after that dip in the ocean...

Have a great trip...

Man, I sound just like my mother...

I've worn a gun in a waistpack while backpacking/camping before. Worked well.
