Why is it a silly rule? There would be zero reason to have two "active" licenses. If you have to surrender one for some reason, it's not like you can just pull out the other one to use. The Administrative Code is not an employee manual. State law provides for the various departs to establish administrative rules that govern the activites they administer. Had a small delay, I did not have the second date on the CHL-100 form filled in, the date under the instructors name!!!!! A "Darrell" at DPS sent me an email about it, he was very helpful!!!! So, the wait is on!!!!!

I've already registered online; I guess I better go ahead and take my class and get everything submitted well before the November elections in case there is another flurry of new CHL's and it starts taking months again instead of week for processing.
