A few posts up from you someone said Buds Gunshop has them for $439 right now with free shipping. If that is one of the TGI builds, its not a bad price at all.
:smash: missed that. Thanks!

They are. Semi-automatics in caliber greater than .22. FFL dealers are required to report multiple purchases of such sales immediately to the ATF. Of course, that's only within a five consecutive "business" day period (http://www.atf.gov/firearms/industry/08 ... rifles.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). A clever gun purchaser that wished to avoid this kind of reporting would
a) Purchase only one qualifying rifle every 7 days (to avoid the "5 consecutive business days rule") or
b) Purchase said collection of rifles in a state that doesn't border Mexico

While I am not advocating breaking laws, I am obligated to point out that this requirement is not a specific law passed by congress, but instead a rule instituted by the Obama administration as an interpretation of previous laws passed (and affirmed by a federal judge) and as a result of their claim of a "flood" of rifles going into Mexico.

If you're comfortable with the ATF and the National Tracing Center having a permanent record of your rifle purchases, then you have nothing to worry about. :tiphat:
I don't fear guns; I fear voters and politicians that fear guns.
