S&W frame lug replacement

wonder if anyone has replaced a frame lug on a J-frame or knows of a video or instructions on how to do it.

I've never done it, but it is not trivial.
The lug is riveted in place and may need to be fitted to allow clearance for the cylinder.
Replacing it entails drilling out the existing rivet and staking (Flaring) the new rivet in place.
Then shaping the lug if needed.
