Kudos to Taurus Customer Service

Awhile back, my Taurus Raging Bull in .454 began locking up, and was very difficult to cock. I was a bit upset as it's only had about 500 full house .454 loads through it. But long story short, I called Taurus, sent it in, and received it back 3 weeks later, fixed for no charge. They explained in work order what they did to fix it, and sent it back in a new box, just like the one it originally came in. Very impressed.

We had to send in my Hubby's .40 24/7 OSS. Trigger was dragging/sticking. Sent it to them, with the help of Academy where we bought it. Taurus fixed it perfectly and sent it back no charge. Love the company and own a few of their products... I love knowing that their customer service is reliable and they honor their warranty.
