Ammunition To Go has a couple #1 buckshot 12ga rounds. One by Remington and another by Winchester.
This also looked interesting. A little expensive, but interesting.

5rds - 12 Gauge Triple Decker Buckshot Ammo
[PGW1256] $19.95
This is 12 Gauge Triple Decker Buckshot Ammo. These 12 gauge shells are loaded with nine large lead balls stacked one set of three on top of another. They pack a punch heavier than a standard 12 gauge and the results are devastating on target. It is safe to shoot in all 12 gauge shotguns.

I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.

For HD I always use these:

Tried them out on the range and the recoil as well as the sound blast are very manageable.

1)Treat firearms as if they are loaded. 2)Point the muzzle away from non-targets.
3)Keep fingers off the trigger until ready to shoot. 4)Be sure of your target and backstop.
