Fly VS 9mm!

Post by papajohn1964 »

I took my wife on her 2nd trip to the range today to shoot her Kahr CM9. We had her target set up at 3 yards and she was doing fine. Then a couple of flies started buzzing he target and causing her a "distraction". I picked up my Glock, told her id take care of it and on the 2nd shot SPLAT! I was very surprised but would never admit that to her! I did hit what I was aiming at!

Incredible shot Mr. Miyagi. Next you'll be catching flies with a pair of chopsticks. :biggrinjester:

We were shooting at "fly paper" targets a friend brought out this weekend. About horse fly size on an "executive" sized paper. Fun!

Splat! that sure beats the dinky plastic swatter. I think this settles the firepower debate of 9mm vs flyswatter conclusively.

Maybe stick to frangible rounds if you will be using this as your primary flyswatter, and invest in drywall spackling :biggrinjester:

:cheers2: nice shot!
I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend.

Be careful when using that fly swatter in the house.
Gun control is like stopping drunk driving by making it harder for sober people to drive.
