If they would let Texas leave the Union, they can have Austin. It would be a Win-Win.

Why not just close UT's liberal arts programs? Austin would shift demographics in a jiffy :lol:

On what possible basis can they claim the right to annex Shiner? When I was at A&M back in the 1970s, I'm positive we drank far more Shiner than those insipid tea sippers did.

I say pack up the liberal carpet bagger hippies and send them to a dark desolate wasteland of conformity like jersey, Chicago, or the people's republic of kalifornia. I love Austin but hate the liberal yuppies that surround me. :cheers2: :fire
