I find it odd that they are providing information like that to emailers without a Freedom of Information Request. The fact that MPD Customer Service is telling regular folks permission was requested by NBC tells me they are either covering their behinds or they are anxious to prosecute these NBC folks for a bull law, just to make a point.
I believe there is safety in numbers..
numbers like: 9, .22, .38, .357, .45, .223, 5.56, 7.62, 6.5, .30-06...

If they don't enforce the law against Gregory, they set an example that will kill them in court. The law will be unenforceable.O6nop wrote:I find it odd that they are providing information like that to emailers without a Freedom of Information Request. I am not a lawyer, nor have I played one on TV, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, nor should anything I say be taken as legal advice. If it is important that any information be accurate, do not use me as the only source.
