My credit union has not yet followed suite. The day that I find out the 30.06 sign has been put up is the day that I become one of their non-customers and will make sure that the president knows the reason for my withdrawal. In today's market place, there is little benefit for me to remain with them but I do so because of our history. When they decide that their "safety" is more important to them then my 2nd Amendment rights, they have made my decision for me.

My regular bank has no such restriction and would be very glad about my deposit.

I went into Bank of America yesterday with my gun concealed yesterday and opened a savings account. I made sure there was no 30.06 on the door..

It would be nice if there was one list, but there isn't.

In any case, no Texas or federal law prohibits licensed concealed carry in banks or other financial institutions.

There is
PC §46.03. PLACES WEAPONS PROHIBITED
PC §46.035. UNLAWFUL CARRYING OF HANDGUN BY LICENSE HOLDER.

If its not listed and its not Fed. and you did not Receive 30.06 notice you can legally carry.

Ummm, NO.

Question: "It would be nice if there was one list, but there isn't"

Answer:"It would be nice if there was one list, but there isn't.

Which is an accurate answer, there is no list stating where it is legal to carry. :thumbs2:

The fact the inverse of a where it is illegal to carry is a list is not what was asked. :thumbs2:
