and "gun deaths" where a gun falls on someone, someone gets git with one, or somebody swallows one and they die
I'd hate to die from swallowing an AK-47, I'm pretty sure it'd get stuck somewhere.
I never hear of bullet deaths, even though "bite the bullet" used to be a common term, I guess no one swallowed them accidentally.
