I, of course, am ardently against any magazine capacity limit (or any restriction on our RKBA), but it sounds like from the video that Mr. Colion Noir needs to carry a spare magazine or two. I'd hate to be left with just fifteen rounds, too!

I agree with you. However, for the urban, young gun enthusiast, sometimes that extra mag does not wear well. Yeah, yeah...I know, you dress to carry and make sacrifices. Sometimes you just want to wear something that doesn't lend itself to all the EDC gear. Having an 17 rd standard mag is a viable alternative for those times.
