CHL paper work question

I have already done my online stuff.....took and passed my class today , I was going through my paper work and noticed some of the papers have my full name (including middle initial )and some doesnt have my middle initial. Is that going to be a problem or should I just add the initial and call the instructor and have him add on his paper work. Thanks for any help at all.

Same thing happened to me. When I recieved plastic in hand it was the same as my DL, my whole name(first, middle, last).

Ditto. My CHL-100 had First & Last. Online app had First, Middle, & Last. Even my fingerprints (done at L-1) only had First, Middle Initial, & Last. So I had different combos for almost all sections! And yet when my plastic showed up it had First, Middle, & Last on it. So you shouldn't have any issues.

Best wishes for a short wait, although sometimes I wonder about DPS. Between my CHL and my DL, one has my middle initial and spells out "STREET" in my address, while the other has my full middle name and abbreviates "ST" in my address.
