I've never heard of anyone being arrested because they bent over in the grocery store or that sort of thing.

It took me a while to remember that I have heard one story of the opposite: Someone in a grocery store saw a CHL holder's piece when he bent over, and called the police without saying anything. The police came, checked his CHL, and let him go. No SWAT team or anything.

I read this online but I consider the writer credible.

Some years ago (1999), a CHL holder in Watauga accidentally flashed, and the cops busted him in a big way.
