Chance favors the prepared. Making good people helpless doesn't make bad people harmless.
There is no safety in denial. When seconds count the Police are only minutes away.
Sometimes I really wish a lawyer would chime in and clear things up. Do we have any lawyers on this forum?

I was reading about these the other day. I realize that the technology has been around for several years, but this was the first that I had heard about it. I was amazed by it all and then to find out that one of the companies that is a leading force in printing the components resides in Austin. Very cool stuff.

I should have gotten into CAD long ago.

I'm probably dense, but is "printer" the device that cuts or forms the magazine from the material based on the 3D spec?

It prints it from filaments of plastic, basically building it up a bit at a time.

There are youtube videos showing a time lapse of the process. I watched one where they printed a bust of Yoda. It was pretty amazing. And then to see magazines/lowers/etc printed just raised the bar to another level.
