Did I just here Tracy Rowlett correctly on Channel 4? Perry is thinking about allowing CHL's to carry anywhere including hospitals, government offices, courthouses and private businesses due to the VT killer? And they asked for comments to "Tell it to Tim" which generated a near instantaneous response from me.
