Just bought a new-ish truck!

Post by daniel2002p »

Well I bought it from my parents since the truck has been sitting in th garage most of its life. It's a 2004 Toyota Tacoma v6 4x4 with a whopping 32K on the clock and bone stock. I know it's an old truck but I think it has some life left in her.

So now I have my 2013 VW Jetta GLI and this 2004 Tacoma. My two car garage is complete for now lol.

1)Treat firearms as if they are loaded. 2)Point the muzzle away from non-targets.
3)Keep fingers off the trigger until ready to shoot. 4)Be sure of your target and backstop.

"Old truck"...a 2004? Heck - I just traded my 40 year old for a newer one - a 20 year old 1993 Ford F150!

Toyota trucks are never old. They just age like fine wine.

I knew a guy who used an early 80s Toyota pickup with 600,000 miles on it as his daily driver.

Mine is a 2005 (new body style & "midsize") ... less than 100,000 on it (barely broken in) and never a problem, runs like a champ. I treat it like a Glock, use it hard and put it up wet.

Great deal!

My everyday driver is an '03 F150 with about 87,000 on it. Usually goes to DFW and back to the Mound with excursions to Homies, Lowes, DPC,DCSA and the grocery store. Works great for me and I absolutely love the payment!

Shoot. A truck is just getting broken in at five years.

oh yeah... make sure you take care of that truck or your Dad will be on you like white on rice!

My new-ish truck is a 97 F150 4wd. Has the high fuel burn option but otherwise great. Why get rid of anything that still works great?
