Man shoots 15 rounds at a car on the highway. Both the shooter and the victim thought the other was drunk and in road rage.

Interesting. Waiting for the tox screen results before coming to any conclusions.
Opening fire seemed to be premature, based on what was described in the article.

If I'm being tailed, call 911 and head for a police station or other public place with lots of witnesses.
If the shooter called 911 he'd have found out his tail had already called 911.

Appears to be a lot of wrongs and no rights involved with this.

Looks like plenty of bad judgment to go around. I do find it interesting that we are seeing more & more grey-area incidents similar to this one.

Wonder what his employer will have to say about having a handgun at work? (Since he was leaving work and all)
