Finally! My upper came today!

Post by baldeagle »

I can now join the evil patriots owning EBRs.

The upper is a 16" stainless 1/9 twist for 5.56 NATO with muzzle brake from SOTA Arms. $509.99 shipped. I ordered it 2/8 and received it today. If you're thinking about ordering from them, they don't communicate so well but they make good products. They need to hire someone who's specialty is customer service. In case you're wondering, the blue and white stuff is my pajamas. :biggrinjester:

The lower is a New Frontier Armory LW-15 polymer lower from Joe Bob Outfitters. It retails for $169.99 but I got a veterans discount. Joe Bob's is selling them now for less than I paid for mine. :banghead:

The scope mount is a Weaver SPR 30mm Optic Mount (item #99674). $99.95 shipped. It's a quick detach mount.
The scope is a Weaver 2.5x10x 56mm Model 800706 from Natchezz Outfitters. (It's discontinued.) I paid $299.95 shipped.

Next step is to level and zero the scope.

Nice. And I knew what the blue and white stuff was. I have some of my own. ;-)

Thanks, eureak40. I think so too. I think Andy is going to want to shoot it now.
