It followed me home....

Post by gigag04 »

Or It was backordered for the past 4 months and finally came in...

Gen 4 Glock 34 with 10 x 17rd mags, 2 x 33rd mags, all Glock OEM mags. It took 3 separate orders to get all the stuff in, but I got it finally. No range report, as I don't want to burn through my ammo just yet and we are in the process of moving, but hopefully sooner than later. Once I settle down, I'll be touching base with you Houston IDPA and 3gun folks to find usage for it. All acquired at non-inflated/LEO pricing :coolgleamA:

Eventually. It will need some sights...esp fiber up front, but I don't have much else planned for it.

That sure is going to be a reliable and accurate pistol. I shot a gen 3 34 and loved it.

Curiously what is your barrel length on your primary duty side arm? Would you ever want to carry a longer slide handgun like this or do you prefer a 19 or 17. Just wondering.

You get to carry a 45 glock. That's good. I think most departments have their officers carrying the 9mm or 40s&w around me. Don't know which caliber but I can tell it is the smaller frame.

Have you tried the gen4 20 or 21? Man do they ever feel better in the hand then the 3rd gen sf. My local lgs said the where the same but after holding both and looking up the dimensions on glocks website they are different.
