Bench Rest Recommendations

Anyone have any good bench rest recommendations for 1000yd shooting/day to day and possible competition.

I plan to use it for zeroing both bolt action as well as semi-auto AR and AK rifles.
Chance favors the prepared. Making good people helpless doesn't make bad people harmless.
There is no safety in denial. When seconds count the Police are only minutes away.
Sometimes I really wish a lawyer would chime in and clear things up. Do we have any lawyers on this forum?

If you are asking how to build a bench, for real precision the bench needs to be built out of concrete. Any other material will have movement.
