Surprised that she wasn't arrested for discharging a firearm or even having one.

Too bad she missed.
Armed not dangerous but potentially lethal.

Everybody bad mouths CA all the time. They too have laws that would protect a home owner that is breaking into the home. She did not do anything wrong.

Apparently, him getting probation as a break on his sentence did not have the desired effect...
Brandon Perez, 31, was arrested in connection with the intrusion. Pictured below, Perez is currently on probation for burglary, authorities said.
I'm thinking he has not changed his ways....
