March 17th-- took CHL Class
March 23rd-- mailed off packet
April 7th-- photo returned, not signed.
April 9th-- got PIN in mail even though photo was just sent back !
April 17th-- they recieved signed photo
. Was told by person at licensing bureau this would start my 60 day waiting period ! 
May 16th-- Got the plastic in the mail . No where near the 60 day waiting period. So guys and gals . keep the faith !
