I guess i view things more black and white than most people. What ANY of the 'authorities' did in NOLA that was illegal was wrong. Wrong is wrong even if everyone is doing wrong. If only person had their rights infringed, it was wrong. We are ALL free all the time or NONE of us are free any time.

No. He implied it. You inferred it.
If someone gets the idea from your behavior that you are a 2A supporter, then he is inferring that you are a 2A supporter.
But if he is subtly letting you know that he thinks so, then he is implying that you are a 2A supporter.
You, of course, can infer from his implication that he thinks you are a 2A supporter.

Katrina is a perfect modern day example of how "society" is a fragile balancing act that has the potential to last for hundreds of years or crumble at any second. In this instance, only a small fraction of our society crumbled, and eventually, constitutional rights were restored. It's telling how quickly rights were tossed out by authorities, and one can only imagine what today would be like if such a collapse were to happen on a much larger scale.

Great summary.. and probably very true. Take food, water, or shelter and all hell breaks loose.
