Before losing 30 pounds, the gun kinda 'displaced' the love handle in that location...after weight loss, it's not as squishy I guess...

I the holster around to about 5:00 and my XDS rides right up against my back. I do have to be mindful of sitting or stooping but I have found that, carrying this way, I could conceal alot more gun just as easily.

Have 85% of your stomach removed. Massive weight loss, no more ulcers, blood sugar down to low-normal (my A1C is a solid 7.2 - PERFECT!).....

I'm a little confused about this. After losing weight, your clothes are looser and printing has become a bigger problem? That seems to be counter intuitive.

I think it's the way clothes hang now with different body proportions. I work from home and wear shorts most days. Clothes are kinda baggy now so pistol looks bulgy on hip. Mostly I think it's me being ultra consciences about it because my wife says she doesn't really see the print. I'm planning on buying some new clothes for going out in public for longer periods of time, but what I normally wear is fine for quick runs to store.

Me too, I find I can conceal a FS M&P now when before the loss (only 22 pounds) the compact was a better EDC

I lost about 100 lbs, and had to move the holster from the 3:00 to about 4:30 to nearer 5:00 position. now it tucks in nicely. again.
BTW, I also carry the M&P Full size, (.45, .40 and 9mm depending on the mood of the day)
And I carry in Crossbreed Supertuck (Leather/Kydex)

Yeah, was thinking about getting rid of my 3.5" 1911 and grabbing an m&p40c. Good option.
