TexasCHLforum Day at PSC

Post by Charles L. Cotton »

The TexasCHLforum Day at PSC is scheduled for Saturday, October 29th and I need to get a good idea how many folks are coming. I know we had some RSVP's to the last post, but those were for the dates in Sept. or Oct. 1st.

It's not necessary to RSVP in order to come, but it would sure help in planning. I'd hate to plan for 30 people and have 200 show up and try to split 30 hamburgers! We need a minimum of 30 people confirmed to have the barbeque team at the event and we need to let them know if we made that number by Friday, Oct. 21st.

Also, let me know how many folks are coming with you.

Regards,
Chas.

+1 here. I hope to persuade some of my family to come. If I'm successful, I'll RSVP for them in a seperate message.

Welcome aboard, Bigbore.

It's a long read, but here is the link to the thread that will explain things.

Bigbore,
Welcome to our group!
PSC means PSC Shooting Club, located off of FM 528 in Friendswood, about 1.75 miles east of Highway 35 and the Ron Carter dealerships. If you go to http://www.psc-range.com, you should be able to find a map to the club.
The day is planned to be several activities/seminars/presentations focusing on things of interest to CHL holders. The exact agenda has yet to be worked out, partially because we need to see roughly how many people might show up. If we have enough we will have a barbecue cooking team to do lunch.
Thanx,
TraCoun

P12 will really try to be there.

I'll be driving down to Friendswood on the 27th and returning on the 31st.

I am planning on attending, although it may be later in the day until I can get there. How late do you think the activities will last and any thoughts on setting up a chronograph on one of the ranges to test some handloads?
Thanks.

Will there be something set up s that we can identify each other? I would assume that forum members will not be the only ones at the range. Maybe a name tag with our screen names?

I'm going to set up a table, and sell "Stevie_d_64" memorabilia...Coozies, pens, pencils etc etc...

All proceeds to go to me and my next handgun purchase... jus kiddin'
