So where are all the other arrests and prosecutions? Did the whole neighborhood treat the peeper as some sort of innocent annoyance to be ignored? I maintain that if charges were properly filed against individuals like this often enough, they could do their peeping inside of a jail cell. Personally I think the Dad might have been better off if he had thought the guy was "Illegally and with force attempting to enter his occupied home".

If that's here in New Mexico, then what happens to the father will be entirely dependent on who the naked pervert is related to. If Mr. Perv is just "Sumdood," then the father will probably walk, with a pat on the back and a "Sorry for the misunderstanding, Sir." If Mr. Perv is related in any way to the DA, key witnesses in other cases, or to the right politician, then the father will be sentenced to 20 years in jail.

Yes, I agree. I read the Daily Mail UK because you get way more detailed information. I don't know how they do it, but they can give more details than you can get on a US news website, it always seems to take a day or two longer for the US paper to catch up.
