Glock 27 Did I just get taken??? Please help!!!

Look at the very front of the grip to determine if your pistol has finger grooves. All third-generation Glocks are equipped with finger grooves, while neither of the preceding generations are. They also have a thumb groove on the side.

Some of the first G26's and G27's were referred to as Gen 2.5, but they are basely the same as any Gen 3. There are no Gen 2 G27's.

Call Glock, give them the serial # and they can tell you if it's legit, generation, and date of manufacture.

If there this checkering on the front strap it's a gen 3, if there is no chekering it's a Gen 2.

There is checkering on the front strap so I guess it must be a gen 3 thanks.
