My son-in-law was came over to the house last night. After I got my XDS .45, he also bought one. He's LEO and wanted the XDS for a backup gun.
He was telling me that Springfield has issued a recall on the XDS 3.3 in .45 and 9mm to correct an issue with the grip safety. My XDS falls within the SN range, so I'll be sending it back.

Now to figure out what to use for EDC - my M&P 9 full size, or my XD .45 full size....
