She is now proficient with her 22 NEOS. She has small hands but she is good shooter.

That's awesome!!! Glad you're educating your child and getting her out there shooting! Who knows she may make a ton of money one day and you can retire early!

Excellent. they have an 8 year old here who routinely competes (M&P22) in IDPA. She's quite good too.
