Then, mom calls 911 and claims her son walked into 10"-long kitchen knife :grumble :bigmouth :bigmouth :bigmouth :bigmouth

Well this veers off the topic a little but you mentioned drugs in the water and it made me laugh, reminding me of an article Ihad read some time back about testing in Norway sewers and measuring drug use.

I searched and found something about those tests:
