misdemeanor conviction question
Back in 09 I received a citation in Comal County for possession of drug paraphernalia. No arrest no court appearance, At the time I was a resident of Florida and could not stay to argue the charge so I plead no contest to a class c misdemeanor and paid a fine of 200+ ....will this keep me from being able to obtain a chl. I am now a Texas resident with a homestead exemption on my home and have lived here for 3 years. Thanks for any advice
