I saw this picture many times, but never noticed that the guy identified as a policeman is wearing an IDPA patch on his (gasp!) "CCW vest."

While I'm waiting for the sash and tiara jokes, it strikes me that 3 of the first 5 IPSC World Shoots were held in Africa.
