Hey all....I'm new here and have a question. I've searched the internet and have searched several times through these forums but the only thing I could find was dated back to 2005, so with that.....
Is it legal to carry Winchester Ranger T Series ammo as a civilian? Thanks for any information.

Sure. The LE only sales is a Winchester policy, not law. I've some Black Talons, some SXT, and some Ranger T. All improvements on an initial design from the early 90's.
