Can I create my LLC after I get my Instructer Licence?

If i create my LLC after I obtain my CHL instructor License under a sole proprietorship, will I have to redo everything? Or will the Certification transfer over to a new entity/LLC?

I only ask because if you get your FFL under a sole proprietorship, you have to resubmit everything and reapply under the new LLC.

DPS certifies humans as CHL instructors. If a corporation has three employees selling guns at their store, that can all fall under the corp's FFL. However, if that same company has three employees teaching CHL classes, each of the employees must be certified as a CHL instructor. If one of those three teachers quits and hangs out a shingle, their instructor certificate goes with them.

As stated above, the instructor cert is yours. The LLC is yours, if you are listed as an officer or SP. The two are not related.
