Renewal question

Post by RPBrown »

I renewed online on 10/28. At that time I also uploaded the 2 page "document" that was issued and required. Here it is 3 weeks later and they still have the note on my page that they are waiting on the required documents. At the 2 week stage I sent an email (also through the portal) to ask if they had received the documents. I have yet to get an answer. Should I wait another week or go ahead and call them now? I am not technically due until February.

I'd call them the first of next week if nothing changes by then.

Oh you're way too early. You are looking at 5 weeks before you'll see a status change.

Thanks Infoman!

I renewed on-line November 13th. It's good to know 5 weeks is the expected delay before a status change.

You would think that at least they could give you a confirmation when you submit the required material that they received them.

If you renewed online you will need to call them so they can manually get you entered.

They have a recording now when you call that says do not call before 30 days has passed from the time you submitted paperwork. It even specifically says that no one answering the phone will be able to have any information for you until 30 days has passed.
