The judge must be from Delaware. The defendant was correctly convicted.

The guy had no reason to step out of his house and shoot this person.

The convicted homeowner had a big mouth and issues that led to his own undoing, but the judge? Where did he get his education in deadly force?

While I agree his mouth had a high speed motor attached, I don't think the quietest person in Texas could get away with a shoot like this. He went off the deep end.
