If they just opened, the 51% has to be based on an estimate, doesn't it?

Given the prices of drinks these days, it is quite possible for a restaurant to be 51%. I've seen bottles of wine that cost more than any two entrees on the menu -- though I wouldn't expect that at a Mexican restaurant.

I've been out of the loop for a while. What do you mean about taking issue with the signs biting back hard? Are they finally realizing they need 30.06 to be enforceable?
Well I would be a hypocrite if I didn't admit to question even the proper posting of a business with anti-tendencies...In my old age, I have learned not to rock the boat...Too much...I still have a line drawn that could be crossed...Everyone does...

There are very passionate people in our carrying community, and I would never say anyone is wrong in taking up the issue of either an incorrect posting of restrictive signage in the state of Texas...

Sometimes the effort has caused the reaction in certain businesses to actually get the posting correct per the law...If it was posted incorrectly per the wording, contrasting background, size of the letters, etc etc...

Yep...That show'd them!!!

And I've seen a few cases where it went our way...Where the owners saw that we are not the problem, and that logic prevailed...

I think over the years that the battlelines have equalized...And that stirring the pot only hardens peoples hearts...

But thats just my opinion...

That's good to know the owner isn't anti-gun. Maybe they really are a 51% location, or maybe the new partner is up to something. I'd like to find out which it is, because if the signs don't legally need to be there then maybe he'd remove them.
I think they hired the Chef from the place in Town to come run the new place on the River. I heard he is a very good cook...
Thats all I need to know...Road trip!?!?
