Will do that.
I dont know about J but wish both of you would be there too.
I am not going to spend my day shooting the match. I will shoot some w/ a bunch of folks but meet & visit is my main goal.

Sorry you couldn't make it Skip......we missed ya! This forum was definitely well represented. I do not know the numbers......but I met lots of folks today.
We had a great match! The weather was a bit warm, but remained cloudy throughout the day.
I got to spend some time with my wife and visit with some great friends that I don't get to see every month.
I finally got to shoot with Longtooth after talking about it for a long time....great and wonderful time. That ol' 1911 he totes around is not a bad looking gun and he truely knows how to handle it!
I look forward to the next chance I get to hang out with you guys and gals.

This is the fun report.
I got there about 8:15 & left Houston about 4:30. Former time is accurate, latter is a real guess.
IN BETEEN
I visited w/ a lot of folks that I have met over the 2.5 yrs I have been on the board. Met a BUNCH more of you & that was really good. Faces w/ screen names, real names w/ screen names.
Took a lot of pictures. They will be showing up in a few days.
After the match several of us went to the plate rack & had a ringing fall down ball. Folks I want all of you to know for sure, that sweet wife of jbird sure taught him to shoot well.
I even tried his Gaa, gagaalllockk, (there finally got it out).
I could not hit scoot w/ that square block O/ tupperware. Man he does though. We had a lot of fun.
Couple of the ladies stopped by for a few mags there too & VP, I am impressed. From the time you started, you have really done well.
ElGato had a couple of new ones to shoot & we had some fun there too.
Thank you everyone for a great day of fun, rest, & fellowship.
Thank you George.
Thank you Charles for the board & all my new friends.
Thank you TraCoun for a nice rest & visit.
Every one there made this a special day for me & I thank you all.
See you again in Sept.

Hey L.T. I enjoyed meeting you and being able to put a face with the name. Thanks for taking the time to come down and do some shooting and visiting.
We had a pretty good turnout for the match - I think Charles said @ 55 shooters. Lots of new and/or 1st timers to IDPA and - as far as I know, a good time was had by all.
