I saw two of three traveling through DFW today. Anyone have any idea what the heck these are and what they are used for?

No idea. They may belong to Putin. After all Barack Obama promised more flexibility after he was re-elected.

I did a google image search on the symbol shown on the door and I came up with results saying it is the "Hunger Games District" symbol. Maybe they are filming near DFW.

Hunger Games Vehicles. Thy were filming in Atlanta and probably are just on their way back to LA.
