New addition

Post by budroux2w »

So being Memorial Day weekend, and the fact that Grab-a-Gun in Coppell had a really good deal on their 1911s I snuck out i work a little early and picked up a Sig 1911 Tacops yesterday. The guy at the counter said he only had 2 left. I wasn't able to make it to the range today, but that's where I'll be first thing tomorrow.

I've always wante a 1911, I hope this one doesn't let me down.

I believe you will love the 1911. I know I really love my SR1911. The more I shoot the Ruger, the more I hate the trigger on my Glock 31. But then again one is a tool, the other is a toy. It's a personal thing.

Congrats. Post back after your first range trip.

Thanks everyone!! I absolutely LOVE the gun. Took it to the range at Bass Pro this morning and put 100 rounds through it. She did amazing. Trigger couldn't be more perfect, and I was wishing I had taken more ammo. I'm also very glad I got it when I did. Grab-a-gun bumped their price up by about $200 on it already and I just picked it up on Friday. I'm ready to shoot it again lol.

Congratulations! i have one and i really like it. it is a little heavier than my gsr custom shop 4" but is fun to shoot, dependable and very accurate.

Absolutely love this gun. I'm thinking this will be what I use for my test.
