Remora Customer Service

Post by Texsquatch »

The same day I ordered my Bodyguard 380, I also ordered a Remora holster. I like my Remora that I have been using for my LCR, so I wanted one for the Bodyguard since I felt it would work with the small pistol for pocket carry as well as IWB. Plus, you cannot beat the price. I know there's many other holsters out there, but Remora has really been fitting my current needs. Plus, Remora had a 30% off sale plus a free mag carrier.

After picking up my .380, I was glad to see the new Remora in the mailbox that same afternoon. After opening it, I realized that the bottom seam/trim was protruding about 3/4" from the edge. Looks like it was off line a little when the ends were sewn together. Of course the holster worked fine, but I was concerned that the protruding edge would eventually work free and cause the holster to wear out quicker.

I emailed Remora that same day, and within the hour I got a reply. Then the next day, I recevied a tracking number. Today, I received a brand new holster and they even included another mag carrier. Plus, they told me to keep the original holster. I know I may be a little picky about the seam, but knowing they care enough to make it right is the kind of thing that encourages me to keep my business with certain people/companies. There's a least 2 other models I plan to order eventually, so I would have no problem continuing to give them by business.

Remora makes a great product (I own several) - good to know they stand behind the product without hassle.

Kholster has done the same for me with a problem holster - corrected problem with new holster AND gave me full credit for the order = O cost - I tried to talk them out of the freebee, as I was just happy to get a replacement - but they weren't having any of it and insisted I take the credit. Made me a life long customer.

Man I'm glad to hear of this stuff happening. Often when there is an issue it is a royal pita to get it taken care of. They have my attention now.

Received my new Remora today and must say that it is perfect as usual. I know they're not the answer to every need, but they fit several of mine. I have many different holsters, but these Remoras really fit my two main carry guns well and are so comfortable. I've worn them around the home and on long road trips, and long shopping trips with my family. I have worn them on my nightly walks and on hot muggy days. No complaints here!
