NEW ORLEANS, La. – An angry-sounding man shot at another man and then emptied his gun into the crowd on Bourbon Street early Sunday morning, according to an eyewitness.

One individual has been arrested for murder one count. The picture of the person is an angel faced but evil is dressed in many forms.
