Any High standard owners?

I have a 223 high standard ar they are right out of Houston seems decent I've seem and shot better but at the range today and I was having fun shooting and I was coming up to my last 2 rods and as I fired second last the rifle instantly fired the last the gunsmith called it double tap and looked it over and said the hammer is out of spec and replaced it

Anyone same issue?

I have a victor militarily from hamden ct. Does that count
