It's very depressing to see the amount of cash this one cartel member
has amassed...all due to the huge numbers of Americans with a severe drug problem.

I've heard it said that illegal drug use is a "victim-less" crime. I wonder how many people have died by association with this cartel alone? Very sad indeed.In the endless pursuit of perfection, we may achieve excellence.
