Any good Ivy Leaguer should know that the it is more politically correct to be raped and left dead in an alley than to defend yourself and shoot the rapist.

I believe at 18 she could obtain a New Hampshire permit to carry (where Dartmouth is located), if she became a resident. Too bad the school won't let her. Maybe she could carry while off campus.
